  • Digital/ Downloadable Products = any Product that is available to download via this Website, including but not limited to: user guides, ebooks & online courses.

  • Policy Updates = any additional revisions made to this Privacy Policy, which are published at anytime in the future by the Company in relation to this Service.

This software CANNOT track an individual user & is used by the Company to develop a better understanding of this Website’s audience in relation to: demographic, geolocation, user behaviour & other overarching metrics. This also relates to any information gathered by Plugins used in the creation of this Website.

We do NOT collect any financial or payment information via this Service!

All payment data in relation to purchases made via this Website is collected, processed, stored & managed by a third party payment gateway. Which Company this is will depend on how You choose to pay. 2.1. Our contact form – Should You submit your details for any reason into Our contact form, such data will be collected & used by Us to ensure You receive the best possible customer service. This applies in relation to anything, be that: common queries, refunds, submissions or any other possible reason You have to contact Us in relation to this Service. Ultimately, We want You to have the best experience possible when using this Service, so We may also use such information to make improvements in attempt to boost levels of customer satisfaction.

This is done to (A) to enable Us to contact You in regards to Our latest news, (B) enable Us to address You correctly & (C) to gain a deeper insight into where You are in the world – i.e. gain a better understanding of Our readership. 3.9: Business Sales – You understand that in the context of the business being sold that your data would be seen as a Company asset & as a result, may be disclosed partially (excluding personal contact information) in regards to any business sale. Should a sale go through, then all elements of your data (including Personal Data & Usage Data) + its privacy, would become the property/ sole responsibility of the new business owner.

NOTE: Only once We have verified your identity will We send You copies of the data We hold on You/ proceed to make any changes You specify.

1. We will NEVER ask You to confirm any bank account or credit card details in writing, via email or over the telephone. So should You receive an email asking You to do so, which is claiming to be from Us, please ignore it & do NOT respond.
